Eligibility Criteria
1. Educational Qualification & Experience
Candidates must either:

Hold an analogous post, OR
-
Have 5 years of regular service in Level 9/10 in the Pay Matrix (Pre-revised PB-3: ₹15,600–39,100 + GP ₹5,400)
Additionally, candidates must meet one of the following:
Option A:

Degree from a recognized university

Passed final examination of:

Institute of Chartered Accountants (ICAI), OR

SAS Commercial Examination (Indian Audit & Accounts Department), OR

Member of organized Accounting/Audit Service

5 years of regular service in a supervisory role in commercial accounts in Central/State Govt., PSU, or Semi-Government organization at Level 10.
Desirable: Degree/Diploma in Business Management.
