    Educational Qualification

    To apply for the post of Stenographer (Lower Grade), candidates must fulfill the following eligibility criteria:

    1. Educational Degree

      • Must possess a University Degree.

      • Candidates with a Degree in Law will be given preference.

      • Those with at least 3 years of experience in Stenography may also be considered even if they don’t have a degree.

    2. Typing and Shorthand Skills

      • Must have passed English Shorthand Examination with a minimum speed of 80 w.p.m. or above from Government Commercial Certificate Examination or ITI.

      • Must have passed English Typing Examination with a speed of 40 w.p.m. or above conducted by the Maharashtra State Bureau of Examination or MSCE.

      • Alternatively, candidates may have a Government Certificate in Computer Typing Basic Course (GCC-TBC) from MSCE or ITI.

    Selection Process

    • The selection process will include:

      1. Shorthand Test
