Educational Qualification
Candidates applying for the Assistant Professor position must meet the following educational criteria:

Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) with at least 55% marks (or 50% for SC/ST candidates).

Specialization should be in Marketing Management or Financial Management.

MBA in Management or Finance from a reputed institution such as IIMs or any nationally/internationally recognized university.

Candidates must have cleared the UGC NET or State Level Eligibility Test (SLET/SET) in the relevant subject.
Candidates with research experience, publications, and teaching background will be given preference as per UGC guidelines.
